Booking information
Our cancellation conditions:
Superflexible in the summer season 2022
- Up to 15 days before the start of the holiday: free cancellation
- 14 days before the start of the holiday: 90% of the total price of the stay
The adjusted cancellation conditions are valid from 1st May to 30th September 2022.
Beyond that, the regulation according to the Austrian hotel conditions:
- 3 months before the start of the holiday: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before the start of the holiday: 40% of the total price
- of the stay 4 weeks before the start of the holiday: 70% of the total price of the stay
- In the last week: 90% of the total price of the stay
We also recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which now also covers COVID-19 diseases. You can find more information here.

Arrival & departure
Your apartment will be ready for you on the day of arrival by 3 p.m. at the latest.
We ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Deposit & booking
After our written confirmation and the deposit of 50% of the total price on our bank account within 14 days of reservation, your accommodation in Apart Crystal is reserved for you.
A deposit of € 150,00 is required upon arrival.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets are not allowed in our Apart Crystal.
Towels
Hand and bath towels, tea towels and bed linen are already available in the apartments.
If you stay 7 days or more, your hand and bath towels will be changed.
Internet
Free WiFi is available throughout the house.
Children
We are happy to provide cots and high chairs for our younger guests.
Short stay
For a stay of less than 3 nights we charge a 10% surcharge.
Local tax
The local tax is charged separately for people over the age of 15 and amounts to € 2.50 per person and day in summer and € 3.00 per person and day in winter. The local tax is not included in the apartment price and will be charged separately on site.
Park
Free parking spaces are available directly at Apart Crystal.
Smoke
We ask you not to smoke anywhere in the house, with the exception of the terrace.
Ski room
A ski storage room with a heated boot dryer is available at Apart Crystal.

Terms of payment
We ask you to pay your bill 3 days before your departure.
Only cash payments are possible on site.
In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law (AGBH) apply.
